Remove the test stick from the sealed pouch. Make sure to use the test as soon as possible after opening the packaging. Hold the test stick by the cap, with the absorbent tip pointing downward. Position the absorbent tip of the test directly into your urine stream for 5 seconds. Be sure to keep the test facing downward during this process. Alternatively, you can collect urine in a clean cup and dip the absorbent tip of the test into the urine for 5 seconds. Lay the test on a flat surface with the result window facing up. Wait for about 1 minute for the results to appear. Two lines will appear, one in the control window (C) and one in the test window (T) if positive. Only one line will appear in the control window (C) if negative. If no line appears in the control window (C), the test is invalid, and you should try again with a new test.
